Maintenance checks the plane before next flight
The 932nd Airlift Wing's 932nd Maintenance Group keeps the C-40C aircraft ready to fly by their constant attention to detail. Working on a warm day, Senior Airman Terron Sands, 932nd maintainer, makes a visual inspection of the inside of the belly of a C-40C plane May 9, 2018, at Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The C-40C planes in Illinois belong to 22nd Air Force, under the Air Force Reserve Command. The Illinois unit at Scott AFB flies four of the distinguished visitor planes worldwide.
