932nd Airlift Wing Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron (AES) personnel carry gear up the ramp as they train with a visiting C-17 aircraft on September 27, 2020, Scott Air Force Base, Ill. The 932nd Airlift Wing's AES worked improving and refining hands on skills at the reserve unit, which included visiting members of the 131st Medical Group from Missouri, and 445th Airlift Wing from Ohio. Airmen worked together on first aid skills and taking care of patients in the air. Simulated patients were moved safely on to the waiting plane. The compact, highly-packed training was designed to improve skills and be ready for any future medical missions. (U.S. Air Force photo by Lt. Col. Stan Paregien)
